...and 10,000 American troops have been killed in Iraq (and probably Iran)
...and Iraq has been plunged into complete anarchy
...when the American body count from terrorist attacks has also passed 10,000
...and because of it America has become a virtual police state, with machine-gun toting soldiers on the streets of our cities
...and men of Arab descent have been rounded up and put in camps
...when the deficit has passed $100 billion
...and billions more have been cut from Education, Veterans Affairs, and Health programs
...while "faith based initiatives" have been given blank checks with no oversight
...and patterns of rampant discrimination have begun to emerge
...when Social Security is on its way to complete self-destruction
...when the average American has become afraid to speak against the government in any way for fear of being reported by a nosy eavesdropper under the Patriot Act II
...and the government is allowed to monitor any internet activity it chooses
...and any news organization that has exposed wrongdoing by the president has had its political access cut off
...even though there have been several more (now underreported) torture and corruptions scandals
...when 5 to 10 more unstable nations have nuclear weapons
...and every secular government in the Middle East has come under threat from Islamic extremists
...when two arch-conservatives have been appointed for life to the Supreme Court
...when Republican-sponsored HR3920 has been passed, doing away with Constitutional checks and balances
...when gas prices are upwards of $3
...when nationwide unemployment has hit 10%
...and most hourly, non-union workers have been stripped of their right to overtime
...and 25% of Americans live in poverty, and 40% have no health insurance
...when hundreds of environmental protection laws have been stripped of their effectiveness
...when Jewish, Muslim and Buddhist children are forced to listen to Christian prayers in school (even though fundamentalist Christians would go ballistic if it were the other way around)
...when the rest of the civilized world is moving to sever ties and isolate the U.S.
...when even the integrity of American elections process is in question
